Certificate of Attendance Information

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE INFORMATION

Students who are planning on getting their Learners Permit or Driver’s License will require a CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE from the school they attend.  Following the guidelines below will insure the students have the documents when required.

  • Students may apply for the CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE any school day in the front office.
  • If the student applies on Monday – Wednesday of any given week, the CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE  will be ready for pick-up on Friday after 12:00 noon. Documents will only be issued to students who meet the attendance criteria.
  • If the student applies on Thursday or Friday of any given week, the CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE will be ready for pick-up the FOLLOWING FRIDAY after 12:00 noon.
  • IT IS THE SOLE REPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT TO APPLY FOR A CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE.
  • IT IS THE SOLE REPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT TO PICK UP THE CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE FROM THE SCHOOL FRONT OFFICE.
  • The certificates are ONLY valid for 30 days from issue date.  Please apply in a timely manner and use the certificate during the 30 days to avoid requesting updated certificates.
  • If a student has a “summer birthday” and will be getting a license during summer break, they may apply for the CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE the last week of school and the certificate will be valid until the start date of the next school year.
